(4 minutes)

Hat Tip Andrew Marcus for filming the interview.

During the panel discussion Nonie Darwish had this to say about CAIR:

Why is CAIR not at this conference? Where is CAIR in speaking out against human rights violations in the Arab World? CAIR wants to create a Muslim voting block that will vote to end this system that we have here. Most Muslims came to the US to get away from these brutal regimes.

CAIR is afraid of any movement that will cut their funding and power and that is why they are not in agreement with this movement.

We came to America because we love America. There are Muslims who attend mosques that tell us not to assimilate.

** Nonie also explained that Muslim mosques in this country will tell their followers not to assimilate into American society. She also says that there are mosques right here in America that are more radical than mosques in the Middle East. Nonie believes that many mosques in the US want the current laws replaced with Islamic law.
