Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean says:
“The high hurdles faced by congressional Democrats in their efforts to end the Iraq war make electing a Democratic president in 2008 the best way to finish the conflict.”
Got that?… In other words:
“You elected us to do something about the Iraq War in 2006 and we haven’t. So, elect us in 2008 and then we’ll maybe do something.”
They’re not even good at surrendering!
