PRESIDENT CHENEY… Use Your Presidential Powers & Pardon Scooter!
President Bush will pass the baton to Vice President Cheney tomorrow while he undergoes surgery. President Cheney will lead the free world for at least 2 hours on Saturday.
CNN reported:
WASHINGTON (CNN) – President Bush will undergo a routine colonoscopy Saturday, and will transfer power to Vice President Dick Cheney during the procedure, expected to take about two and a half hours, the chief White House spokesman said.
Tony Snow said Friday that the procedure, during which a doctor looks for any signs of cancer, will be carried out at Camp David, Maryland, and the president will be placed under anesthesia.
With the news yesterday that the Plame-Wilson’s frivolous case against Bush Administration officials was thrown out of court, it is now time to pressure President Cheney to pardon Scooter Libby!
It would not only be appropriate, it would be the right thing to do.
Use your presidential powers, Dick, and pardon Scooter!
