25 Democrats Decide Slurring Generals Is a Good Thing

Just last month Bill Clinton was saying, “That Hillary… She sure is winning over the military.”
Did he really think he was fooling anyone?

Today, Hillary got honest.
Hillary and Obama joined forces with 24 other democrats and agreed that slurring generals during a time of war for political gain is a good thing.
Here they are– the 25 democrats to vote against supporting General Petraeus:

Akaka (D-HI)
Bingaman (D-NM)
Boxer (D-CA)
Brown (D-OH)
Byrd (D-WV)
Clinton (D-NY)
Dodd (D-CT)
Durbin (D-IL)
Feingold (D-WI)
Harkin (D-IA)
Inouye (D-HI)
Kennedy (D-MA)
Kerry (D-MA)
Lautenberg (D-NJ)
Levin (D-MI)
Menendez (D-NJ)
Murray (D-WA)
Reed (D-RI)
Reid (D-NV)
Rockefeller (D-WV)
Sanders (I-VT)
Schumer (D-NY)
Stabenow (D-MI)
Whitehouse (D-RI)
Wyden (D-OR)

Obama did not vote.

Rep. Pete Stark (D) added something like this to the MoveOn discussion today: “I commend MoveOn for their ad and for speaking truth to power”

But, please remember- Democrats support the troops!
(Until they say they don’t.)
