Rudy Giuliani Responds to Campaign Rumors

This ad posted below may be the best ad of the campaign season so far.
This rare ad actually talks about terrorist threat against our country.
Just yesterday in Gaza radical Islamists from Hamas were chanting “Death to America” while President Bush was working on a peace plan with Israel and Fatah.

The mainstream media obviously does not want to focus on this terror threat.
It may frighten Americans too much to picture an antiwar Obama or an unprincipled and corrupt Clinton in charge of the country in one year– two democrats who voted to defund our troops at war.

Earlier today ABC reported that Giuliani campaign national finance co-chair Roy Bailey had stepped down from his volunteer position to return to his post at Giuliani Partners. ABC also reported that senior staffers for Giuliani’s campaign took January pay cuts to allow the campaign to maximize resources. Campaign sources also reported that, “Giuliani and Bailey remain close personal friends and that that other issues, such as travel demands, were the primary reason for his stepping down. They add that the decision was not in regard to the campaign’s ability to raise funds.”

The Giuliani campaign sent me their response to the critical reports from the anti-conservative media:

The Rudy Giuliani Presidential Committee today announced that the campaign has over $12.7 million cash on hand, with over $7 million in primary dollars. These numbers were reported as of December 31st, the end of the last reporting period.

“From day one our campaign has been focused on a national strategy built around the new primary calendar. As such, we’ve budgeted conservatively and effectively targeted our resources to win under this new system. We will have the funds necessary to carry out our campaign plan and deliver the Mayor’s message in Florida and beyond,” said Giuliani Campaign Manager Michael DuHaime.
