The gloves are off! Sarah Palin slams Barack Obama for his associations with terrorists and Joe Biden for defining patriotism as paying taxes.

Evidently, an aide advised Palin, via the AP,
“Sarah, the gloves are off, the heels are on, go get to them.”
She did.
