The Real Cuba reported: Cuban dictator Raúl Castro thought that he was in Cuba, where he can talk for as long as he wants and people have no choice except to listen to him.
During a concert on Monday night in Ecuador as part of the celebration of the swearing in of Rafael Correa, Raúl Castro began talking and talking and talking for almost 10 minutes.
He got booed.
