After being burned back in April admitting during a town hall event that he didn’t care about the US Constitution, Rep. Phil Hare (D-IL) seems to be a little jumpy around cameras these days. Last week Hare and his handlers scurried off after they spotted a flipcam pointing in their direction.
You’ve gotta love the little hip-shaking disco move he did before his handlers whisked him away.
