The annual March for Life was held today in Washington DC.
27,000 people had secured tickets for the Mass for Life today at the Verizon Center in Washington DC.

The Washington Post
reported:

March for Life activities kicked off in Washington Monday morning with a celebration Mass for youth at Verizon Center.

More than 27,000 people secured tickets to the Verizon Center event, so you’re likely to see large groups of young people throughout the District, particularly near the Supreme Court or the National Mall. View a full list of traffic closings here.

The march marks the 38th anniversary of Roe v. Wade (officially Jan. 22), a landmark Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion. Victories at the polls in November among conservative politicians have led some to believe that there is an opportunity to rein in the access that Roe v. Wade granted..

An increasing number of restriction have already been adopted. Nebraska passed a law last year that outlaws abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
