Stick a Fork In It… Lib Kloppenburg Goes Down Big in WI Supreme Court Race

It’s official – Prosser wins.

Not even the numerous death threats dished out to state Republicans could help far left lib JoAnne Kloppenburg win the Wisconsin Supreme Court race.
She lost the race again today.

Remember this?
Joanne Kloppenburg declared victory over Prosser the day after the election – when she was ahead by 204 votes.
She said it would stick.

Guess not, huh?

Justice David Prosser was again declared winner in the recount by 7,000 votes today.
The New York Times reported:

A statewide recount has concluded that Justice David Prosser defeated JoAnne Kloppenburg to win another 10-year term on the Wisconsin Supreme Court in a race driven by the debate over Gov. Scott Walker’s efforts to curb the union rights of the state’s public employees. The recount, which began on April 27, ended Friday afternoon after Waukesha County officials finished tallying the last precincts. Unofficial results showed that Justice Prosser, a conservative in a nonpartisan race, had 752,697 votes — 7,006 more than Ms. Kloppenburg. State election officials planned to meet on Monday to verify the results. Ms. Kloppenburg will then have five days to challenge them in court.

Stick a fork in it, Kloppenburg.
It’s over.
