Does he really need a joinst session of Congress to push another failed stimulus?
It’s the same night as the GOP Primary Debate at Reagan Library.
In his announcement Obama said, “Washington needs to put away politics and start making decisions based on what is best for our country.”
That’s why he scheduled his talk on the same night as the GOP debate.
