Ayatollah Khamenei told Hamas leader Ismail Haniya that the Iranian regime would continue to support the Palestinian ‘resistance.”
Fars News reported:

Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei underlined the significance of the Palestinian issue for Iran, and stated that Tehran will continue its support for the Palestinians and their resistance against the Zionist regime of Israel.

Speaking at a meeting with Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniya here in Tehran on Sunday, Ayatollah Khamenei said Iran regarded the issue of Palestine as its own problem and reiterated that Tehran was steadfast in its positions to sincerely back the Palestinian nation’s resistance.

The Leader said that support of Islamic nations for the Palestinian Islamic resistance gives depth to the activities of resistance groups.

Ayatollah Khamenei further warned that any act which might undermine resistance trend could tarnish the future and stressed that all should be vigilant towards penetration of liberal elements into the resistance groups.
