North Korea launched its satellite rocket today in violation to UN regulations.
On Wednesday the regime said it was fueling the rocket.
From the video: North Korea said Wednesday that the fuelling of a long-range rocket is under way, ahead of the launch scheduled for later this week despite international protests. The rocket is ostensibly designed to put an observation satellite in orbit, but the US and allies say it is a ballistic missile test by the nuclear-armed state in violation of a UN ban.
UPDATE: The missile launch failed and the rocket splashed down into the sea.
