Senator Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) today told FOX News that UN Ambassador Susan Rice is either incompetent or deliberately mislead the American people on the Benghazi terror attack. US officials knew within 24 hours that the attack on the Benghazi consulate on 9-11 was a planned Al-Qaeda attack.
Yet, five days after the attack Rice told five different news organizations that the attack was a spontaneous protest at the consulate even though the terrorists brought RPG’s and assault rifles to the compound.
Ayotte also said it was still not clear if the FBI is on the ground securing the scene in Benghazi.
