Stolen Ambulance Is Located in East St. Louis

An ambulance that was stolen outside Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis early this morning was located three hours later in East St. Louis, Illinois.
KMOV reported:

Authorities located an ambulance that was stolen outside a St. Louis emergency room early Monday morning.

According to St. Louis Police, an unknown suspect stole a MedStar ambulance parked outside the Barnes-Jewish Hospital emergency room around 3 a.m.

Officials with Med Star say the stolen vehicle was located at College and 14th Street in East St. Louis around 6 a.m. Nothing was reportedly stolen from the vehicle.

Police say the ambulance was parked in the ambulance bay for approximately 10-15 minutes before the suspect took off in the emergency vehicle.
