China’s first aircraft carrier exercises were a success this week.
China.org reported:

China on Wednesday successfully conducted taking-off and landing exercises of J-15 fighter jets on the country’s first aircraft, the Liaoning.

This is the second time the country has conducted such training after a first jet landing exercise passed successfully on the deck in November last year.

The Liaoning, which set sail for a first sea trial this year on June 9, has conducted a series of tests and training regarding carrier-borne aircraft.
