KMOV reported:
FOX 2 reported:
Another beauty supply store was targeted by thieves Tuesday morning and all they took was hair weave.
An alarm sounded just before 5:00 a.m. at Kay Beauty in the 8600 block of Natural Bridge Road near North Hanley in Bel-Ridge, MO.
When officers arrived, they found a gaping hole in the front of the building. Left behind was the windshield of the car police believe was used in the crime.
The owner says whoever did it stole expensive bags of hair weave. It’s been happening across the St. Louis area and in other cities across the U.S.
The hair robbers backed their truck through the store window and ran in and stole the hair.
This was the latest in a series of smash and grab thefts in North St. Louis.
