St. Louis Alderman Uses Capital Improvement Funds to Light Up Courts Building in Gay Rainbow Lights (Video)

The St. Louis Civil Courts building is sporting gay pride colors for the first time in a move to show support for the gay community for the upcoming Pride Fest.

Dutchtown Alderman Shane Cohn used $15,000 in capital improvement funds to pay for the lights.
The civil courts building is not even in his ward.
KMOV reported:

Dutchtown has the highest crime rate in the city of St. Louis.
