WHOA! Scarborough EXPLODES On Jay Carney – “I’m Not Someone You Talk Down To From Your Podium” (Video)

At Least 292 Conservative Groups Were Targeted by the Obama IRS

** At least 292 conservative groups targeted
** At least 5 pro-Israel groups targeted
** Constitutional groups targeted
** Groups that criticized Obama administration were targeted
** At least two pro-life groups targeted
** A Texas voting-rights group was targeted
** Conservative activists and businesses were targeted.
** At least 88 IRS agents were involved in the targeting scandal
** At least one conservative Hispanic group was targeted
** No liberal groups suffered the same type of scrutiny from the IRS

Despite these facts – This morning White House Press Secretary Jay Carney went on Morning Joe and pushed the talking point that this was a “pretend scandal.”

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough, a former GOP congressman, didn’t appreciate the IRS scandal being referred to as “phony” and “pretend.”

“At the beginning, you said it was just the Cincinnati office. Then we find out more people in Washington are involved, and then this past week we found out, despite what any of us think of the investigations on Capitol Hill—and I see you smiling, I don’t know that there’s anything to smile about—that it wasn’t a couple of crazy people in Cincinnati, that this information actually went up to the Chief Counsel of the IRS, which was one of two political appointees by the President of the United States and the entire IRS. So it doesn’t sound phony to me, Jay… I’m not someone you talk down to from your podium.
