KPTV reported:
Four Portland teens are facing kidnapping and assault charges after police said they tortured one of their classmates.
The alleged victim is a 16-year-old boy who attends David Douglas High School, according to police.
Investigators said it happened during the snowstorm on Southeast 111th Avenue.
Jenna Montgomery, 15, Jess Taylor, 17, and Blue Kalbach lured the boy into a shed behind a house, according to police, and attacked him with a crowbar while also shooting him with a BB gun at close range in the chest, hand and groin.
They also carved a swastika into his forehead with a box cutter, police said.
“There’s no understanding what they did,” said the victim’s mom Kelli Murrain. “You roll it around in your head go, ‘Oh my god, you know, I could have lost my youngest son.'”
Those three suspects are facing Measure 11 charges and will be arraigned as adults next week. A fourth suspect is facing lesser charges.
Neighbors told Fox 12 they never heard anything that would make them think that kind of violence was happening in their neighborhood.
