Former world chess champion and Russian human rights activist Garry Kasparov tweeted out his disgust with the weak-kneed Obama administration following the Crimean vote Sunday.

Kasparov says Jimmy Carter looks like Churchill compared to Barack Obama. He also took a swipe at Hillary Clinton.

Kasparov also believes Putin will not stop in Crimea.
