Fox News Channel’s Washington-based chief political correspondent Carl Cameron blamed the rain for Eric Cantor’s loss to Dave Brat.

“It’s worth noting that the weather was foul here yesterday and today as well. So some of it may have been nature helping out David Brat.”

According to FOX News 18,000 more Virginians voted in Tuesday’s primary than two years ago.
