Unknown suspects torched a southside St. Louis post office on Meramec late last night.
The vandals also chucked rocks through the windows.

The assault happened late at night after a police officer shot an 18 year-old on Shaw and Klemm.
KMOV reported:
A south St. Louis post office was forced to close on Thursday after being set on fire early Thursday morning.
Police say unknown suspects threw rocks through the glass window of the post office, located in the 2800 block of Meramec, and poured an unknown type of accelerant inside of the building, then set it on fire.
Police were able to extinguish the fire. Bomb and arson crews were called to the scene to investigate.
No injuries were reported.
