Video was released today of Islamic shooter Michael Zehaf-Bibeau running into the Canadian Parliament Building after shooting a soldier dead at the War Memorial.

The photo released by ISIS looks similar to the man seen running into Parliament.

ISIS Media account posted this picture claiming to be Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, the dead Ottawa shooting suspect.
