The St. Louis County Court grand jury decision is expected today on the Ferguson case.
Last week the family of Mike Brown responded to the release of radio calls from the day their son was shot and killed by Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson.
The Brown family attorneys said the audio clearly demonstrates that the initial reaction had nothing to do with the robbery.
The attorneys believe it was because of his race.
FOX2 reported:
Former New Black Panther leader Malik Shabazz is holding a “Mike Brown” sign in the photo.
