In 2011 American aid worker Kayla Mueller made a video in support of the Syrian people.
Kayla said she was in the region to assist the victims of Assad’s war on the people
“I am in solidarity with the Syrian people. I reject the brutality and killing that the Syrian authorities are committing against the Syrian people. Because silence is participation in this crime.”
FOX says the video was produced in 2011 but according to CNN Kayla did not start working in the region until December 2012.
