A Germanywings plane crashed in the Southern French French Alps today at an altitude of 6,550 feet.
154 people were on flight 4U9525.
The plane may have sent a distress call before crashing.
The plane was flying from Spain to Germany.
45 people on the plane have Spanish surnames.
Officials believe there are no survivors.
The Telegraph reports that there were 144 passengers and 6 crew members.
