On Monday, freshman Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR), an Iraq War veteran, along with 46 US senators sent a letter to the Iranian officials informing the regime that any nuclear deal with Barack Obama would have to be approved by the US Senate.
Last night Senator Cotton went on The Kelly File to explain this action.
Today Hillary Clinton took to Twitter to scold Republicans for demanding Barack Obama follow the Constitution and gain approval for the treaty by Congress.
GOP letter to Iranian clerics undermines American leadership. No one considering running for commander-in-chief should be signing on.

Senator Cotton responded:
“No, .@HillaryClinton, letter to Iran helps protect USA from bad deal. No CINC should allow world’s worst regimes to get world’s worst weapon.”

Governor Bobby Jindal also responded to the former Secretary of State.
.@HillaryClinton No one who allows Iran to become a nuclear power should consider running.
