Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has unveiled a new Clinton Foundation campaign promoting women’s rights called ‘Not There’ that calls on people to imagine a world without women in their lives.

As part of the campaign Clinton has replaced her Twitter avatar of the iconic Diana Walker photo of Hillary in shades checking her Blackberry with a shadow image of a faceless medium-length straight-hair woman. Clinton kept the Walker photo as her Twitter homepage header.

The Gateway Pundit reported Saturday Clinton taking down that photo is conveniently timed with the fallout from her State Department email scandal.

Clinton announced at a Clinton Global Initiative meeting in Miami on Saturday she and daughter Chelsea would be making their avatars disappear and encouraged other women to do the same

Ad Age reported the ‘Not There’ campaign has a broad corporate media tie-in that will remove images of women from ads, magazine covers and billboards:

“The Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Foundation introduced an ad campaign on Sunday with the theme “Not There,” drawing attention to women’s rights on International Women’s Day by rendering ads and magazine covers without any women. Cooperating marketers and media companies include Unilever, Under Armour, H&M, Diane von Furstenberg, Conde Nast, Refinery29, iHeartRadio and Snapchat.”

The campaign takes place just weeks before Clinton is thought to be ready to announce her second run for the presidency in April. The ’Not There’ campaign is designed to appeal to Hillary’s core voter group, liberal women, without technically being part of her campaign for president.

Clinton might want to rethink a public image of Hillary being ‘Not There’.

Hillary Clinton was ‘Not There’ for State Department employees Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith and CIA contractors Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods on the fateful night in Benghazi on September 11, 2012 when they were murdered by Islamist terrorists.

Hillary Clinton’s emails for six years were ‘Not There’ for lawful review by Congress, the courts and FOIA.

Hillary Clinton was ‘Not There’ to protect our soldiers and diplomats’ sacrifices in Iraq, allowing the rise of ISIS.

Hillary Clinton was ‘Not There’ for American allies in the Middle East, allowing terrorists and terror allies to overthrow governments working with the U.S. in the war on terror.

Hillary Clinton has a history of being ‘Not There’ even before she was Secretary of State.

Hillary Clinton was ‘Not There’ for upstate New Yorkers she promised would see job growth if she was elected Senator from New York in 2000.

Hillary Clinton was ‘Not There’ when her subpoenaed Rose Law Firm billing records were discovered in the White House residence in 1996.

Hillary Clinton was ‘Not There’ when White House Deputy Counsel Vince Foster’s office was searched by her aides when he turned up dead in Fort Marcy Park in nearby McLean, Virginia in 1993.

And of course, the uber-feminist Hillary Clinton has been ‘Not There’ for the women her husband was accused of sexually assaulting over the years.

Hillary Clinton being ‘Not There’ in the Oval Office come 2017 might not be such a bad thing after all for women and men.
