Pathetic. Obama Blames George W. Bush for ISIS in Latest Interview (VIDEO)

In 2007 George W. Bush increased the number of American troops in Iraq to bring security to the struggling nation plagued by violence. By 2008 the US military defeated Al-Qaeda in Iraq after the Bush surge of troops a year earlier.

Barack Obama opposed the surge.

In 2007 Barack Obama told supporters, “Preventing a potential genocide in Iraq isn’t a good enough reason to keep US forces there.”

When George W. Bush left office the US military brought victory to Iraq.

Despite repeated warnings, Barack Obama withdrew troops from Iraq. ISIS took over Western Iraq in 2014.

Today Barack Obama blamed Bush for ISIS.

“ISIS is a direct outgrowth of Al-Qaeda in Iraq that grew out of our invasion. Which is an example of unintended consequences which is why we should generally aim before you shoot.”

How sad.

And that is why Democrats should never be trusted with foreign policy.
