150 House members signed a letter congratulating Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Here is the transcript:
“I extend my sincere congratulations to Prime Minister Netanyahu and wish him the best of luck as he works to form a new Israeli government. A strong U.S.-Israel relationship is critical to combating the rise of Islamic jihadists in the region. The White House has so far failed to recognize the Prime Minister’s success, and this silence has been deafening. While a new government has yet to be formed, the resounding victory by Netanyahu’s Likud Party leaves little doubt that Bibi Netanyahu will continue as Prime Minister. It is my hope that the President will put personalities aside, congratulate Prime Minister Netanyahu, and work to repair the relationship between the White House and Israel.”

Maybe it got lost?
Obama's congrats to Netanyahu was accidentally emailed to the Clinton server where it was instinctively erased by Hillary.
