A Milwaukee driver was killed today after he stayed on the scene after his van hit a two-year-old boy.
A 15 year-old male passenger was also shot and injured.

A driver in Milwaukee was fatally shot Sunday afternoon when he stayed on the scene after his van struck and killed a 2-year-old child, Milwaukee police said.
A 15-year-old at the scene was also shot and was taken to a hospital.
Capt. Timothy Heier reported that the toddler ran into the street at 5:10 p.m. in the 4600 block of N. 48th St., according to a news release.
The driver of the van, a 41-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspects are in custody, police said.
The shooting happened in the 4600 block of N. 48th Street on Sunday, April 12th just after 5:00 p.m. The two-year-old child ran into the street and was struck by a vehicle.
The driver was identified as 41 year-old Archie Brown Jr..
