Progressives usually resort to accusations of racism and sexism and they’re almost always wrong but Kohn’s claim is ridiculous for multiple reasons.
First of all, Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger was a known racist. Second, it’s been documented that a majority of the babies aborted by Planned Parenthood are black.
