Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified before the House Select Committee on Benghazi, which is investigating the events surrounding the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. consulate in which Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three others died.
At the end of the first round of questioning Rep. Cummings and Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy battled over emails Sid Blumenthal sent to Secretary of State Clinton.
