When he came into office, when he took the oath of office in January 2009, the War in Iraq had essentially been won. He has now proceeded over the last seven years to do everything in his power to lose it. You can look at his policy in respect to Russia and Putin. You know, the Cold War had also been won when he came into office and as a result of his policies now over the last seven years he seems to be doing everything possible to erase those gains as well and to assist as Putin attempts to restore his power and standing. So the clip you showed earlier of him mocking the Republicans for dealing with Putin is pretty rich coming from somebody who has the track record he does.
