Breitbart tech contributor Milo Yiannopoulos traveled to Florida this week to speak at the University of Central Florida on Tuesday night.
** Islamic extremist Omar Mateen murdered 49 people at a “Pulse” gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida late Saturday night.
Milo planned a speech at the University of Central Florida to address the dangers of radical Islam after the Pulse nightclub massacre in Orlando early Sunday morning.
Breitbart reported on the speech:
Milo Yiannopoulos will deliver a speech on Tuesday at the University of Central Florida, Orlando about Islam and its murderous attitudes towards gay people — a fact that was thrown into stark after a brutal terrorist attack at a gay dance club in the city this weekend.
Yiannopoulos, who recently slammed the left for “choosing Islam over gays,” will speak on campus in the Cape Florida Ballroom at 6:00 PM EDT. Attendance at the event will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The talk is entitled “ABSOLUTELY HARAM: Milo On Gays Vs Islam.”
The university police chief told a student this morning they were cancelling his event tonight because they can’t provide adequate protection.
They cancelled his speech.
Milo may hold a press conference in front of university police this morning.
