A poster on Twitter who identifies as a Black Muslim man claims to have been the person seen on news video chasing and tackling a young white male Trump supporter following a Trump rally in San Jose Thursday. Using the Twitter handle “Houdini @sizzle_seyf”, the man posted the news video and retweeted congratulations on his chasing and tackling the Trump supporter.

UPDATE: Video of the victim before the attack shows him acting in a civil, non-confrontational manner as he engages an anti-Trump protester.

The video was posted to YouTube by Breitbart News and shows the soon-to-be victim calmly speaking with an anti-Trump protester.

FURTHER UPDATE: Houdini @sizzle_seyf identified himself as “Seyfudin Mohamud” in a tweet from October 2011 captured by Google.

Houdini appears to be Somali by way of Minnesota. He followed @SomaliSnaps on Twitter and commented on a Somali matchmaker Twitter account as captured in Google cache.

Screen capture shows Houdini saying he was “coming home” to Minnesota over an image of a round trip plane reservation from San Francisco to Minneapolis-St. Paul.

Houdini was also photographed at Thursday’s riot jumping on the roof of a car.
