UPDATE: Dallas police released Mark Hughes, the man seen in the photo posted by police as a suspect, who had turned himself in earlier. The man’s brother, Cory Hughes, says he was exercising his Second Amendment rights and that he turned his AR-15 over to a police officer immediately after gunfire erupted at the Black Lives Matter protest. Cory Hughes was an organizer of the protest.
UPDATE: Dallas police report both cop killer sniper suspects are in custody. It is not clear if the man seen in the photo released by police who turned himself in is one of those arrested. There are several claims that the man in the photo was not involved.

“With heavy hearts, we are devastated to report a fourth officer has died.
“The person of interest whose picture has been circulated just turned himself in.
“Another alleged suspect was in a shootout with Dallas SWAT officers. That suspect is also in custody. A suspicious package was discovered near this suspect’s location. The package is being secured by DPD bomb squad.
“We will provide more information as we receive it.”
