In several recent speeches Donald Trump accused Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton of creating ISIS.
Trump wasn’t the only one who made this claim.
A 2012 Pentagon report warned that Obama’s policies would create ISIS.
And now it’s official!
Barack Obama is the founder of ISIS!
