Milwaukee Police Chief: Several Squad Cars Hit With Gunfire, 8 Rounds Hit Police BearCat, 2 Struck Windshield (VIDEO)

RIOTERS WERE SHOOTING AT POLICE!
Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn held a news conference on Sunday afternoon following the mass rioting in Milwaukee on Saturday night.

Four officers were injured in the riots.

Several cop cars were hit with gunfire.

Flynn told reporters several police cars were hit with gunfire last night including the police BearCat that was hit eight times – twice in the windshield.

Flynn: Shot were fired 48 times last night… There was a great deal of gunfire in the area… Seven squads were damaged. One marked squad was set on fire. One marked squad was set on by rioters and totalled. Another marked squad was hit by gunfire, single shot to the trunk area. You saw last night we used the BearCat as a means of protecting our officers. That was hit by eight rounds of gunfire last night. Two of those rounds struck the windshield.
