UPDATE 11:50 p.m. CDT: NBC News reports three law enforcement sources say the pressure cooker has a cellphone, tape and wires attached. Info is based on photo of device being circulated within law enforcement.

Fox News reports that Peter Doocy has been told that the second potential explosive device being investigated in New York City is a pressure cooker.

Update on West 27th Street in Manhattan

Mayor Bill DeBlasio said at a press conference the Chelsea explosion was “intentional.”

New York police reported earlier a secondary device was being investigated.

“A possible secondary device has been located @ 27th Street, 6th – 7th Avenues. #NYPD nvestigations are ongoing. Avoid the area @NYPD13Pct”

“Police looking into silver minivan on 27th between 6 & 7th Ave. Keeping everyone back.”

“Another NYPD bomb squad arrived here at second location. State police also on scene.”

“Heavily armed police pushing everyone back. Robot deployed.”
