37 year-old Lukasz was identified by his cousin as the truck driver and twelfth victim of the terrorist attack.
He was stabbed, beaten and shot to death.
Express.co reported:
The father-of-one, 37, was found stabbed and shot to death on the vehicle’s passenger seat in a suspected hijacking.
The hijacker, who has not been identified, then killed 11 people as he ploughed the vehicle into a packed Christmas market.
Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydlo said Urban, from the village of Roznowo, was “the first victim” of the “heinous” attack.
The victim’s cousin Ariel Zurawski was asked by German authorities to identify Urban from photos.
He told Polish media: “It was really clear that he was fighting for his life. His face was swollen and bloodied.
“Police informed me that he had suffered gunshot wounds. Despite being stabbed he was shot dead.”
