BREAKING: Trump Signs Executive Order That Cuts Government Costs and Makes Feds More Accountable

President Trump signed an executive order earlier this week ordering a top-to-bottom audit of every Executive Branch department and agency to save money and improve services.

This process is just one example of the major things that Trump has done to DRAIN THAT SWAMP

Via FOX News:

“This executive order is another major step toward making the federal government efficient, effective and accountable to the people,” Trump said in signing the order at the White House, while flanked by Cabinet members.

“There is duplication and redundancy everywhere. Billions and billions of dollars are being wasted on activities that are not delivering results,” he added.

From Townhall

“President Trump signed a new executive order Monday instructing federal government agencies to cut duplicative and unnecessary programs across the board. The order is intended to “improve the efficiency, effectiveness and accountability of the executive branch.”

The move comes just days before the president is expected to introduce his 2018 discretionary spending budget, which is expected to reflect his infrastructure, military, and homeland security priorities  as well as his rumored plans to downsize other regulatory agencies, including the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Environmental Protection Agency.

This latest action by President Trump clearly proves that the government has grown too big with states loosing power day by day.  That simple fact is that if President Trump maintains his agenda of less government influence and power, then we have reason to be extremely optimistic about the next 4-8 years.
