As Gateway Pundit Reported Last Week: White House to Move Sean Spicer Away from Press Briefings – to Senior Role in West Wing

Last week The Gateway Pundit White House correspondent Lucian Wintrich broke the story that a restructuring was taking place in the White House and Sean Spicer was taking on a different role in the Trump administration.

A restructuring is set to take place in the White House briefing room. The Gateway Pundit has recently learned from someone with very close ties to the Administration that Sarah Huckabee Sanders is slated to take over for current White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer. Our exclusive source declined a further request for additional information regarding Sean Spicer’s future role in the White House Administration.

The staffing change is purported to have come directly from Sean Spicer who notified our source of the shift.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders, daughter of former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee, will be taking over for current White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, a source close to Spicer confirmed to the Gateway Pundit recently.

Today the White House announced Sean Spicer would move to a new role as communications boss over the West Wing.

The Examiner reported:

In a major expansion of press secretary Sean Spicer’s role, the Trump White House is considering a plan to make him the communications boss over the West Wing and rest of the administration, according to insiders.

The role would be new for a White House, and one Fox Business said is equal to a deputy chief of staff…

Reports meanwhile indicate that Spicer wants out of the daily briefings and will name a new spokesperson and communications director. Names include conservative talk radio host Laura Ingraham and Daily Mail editor David Martosko. Neither had an immediate comment.
