#MAGA: RNC Raises RECORD-SETTING $13.4M in June

The Republican National Committee raised a record breaking $13.4 million for the month of June, the total 2017 fundraising amount is now at $75.3 million.

In the wake of President Donald Trump’s ascension to the highest ranks of the Republican Party, a renewed sense of energy seems to be propelling the party to greater success.

The $13.4 million raised for the month of June is the most the RNC has ever raised in a non-presidential year.

RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel credited the fundraising numbers recently to the “grassroots enthusiasm” of President Donald Trump:

“It is clear voters are invested in our party and the president,” McDaniel said. “The RNC is in a strong position to make an impact in key races in 2017 and 2018 as we plan to take a leading role in preserving our congressional majorities and prepare to reelect President Trump in 2020.”

The Hill reports:

RNC chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel credited the record fundraising to the committee’s “loyal network of grassroots donors” due to their support for President Trump and the GOP’s agenda.

“Because of the generous contributions, the RNC will continue to promote conservative values while bolstering our efforts to support, defend, and elect more Republicans,” McDaniel said in a statement.

“Month after month, the RNC continues to break fundraising records, another testament to the overwhelming support this Republican administration continues to receive from Alaska to Alabama,” RNC Finance Chairman Steve Wynn added. “It has never been more evident that Republicans are united towards a common goal of making this country great again.”

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has yet to release its June fundraising numbers. The DNC was vastly outpaced by its GOP counterpart in May, raising only $4.3 million compared to the RNC’s $10.8 million haul.
