NFL Already Losing Over $200 Million in Earnings Compared to Last Year

The National Football League TV ratings were already down by over 10% over last year before this past weekend of player protests.

That was before over 200 NFL players knelt during the US national anthem on Gold Star Mothers Day.

A 10% drop in ratings could equal a $200 million cut in earnings.

A 2016 poll from Yahoo Sports revealed that 44% of NFL fans would give up watching professional football altogether if more players followed in Colin Kaepernick’s footsteps by disrespecting the flag.
