Sarah Huckabee Sanders Chokes Up, Cites Scripture as She Recounts Heroic Acts of Vegas Victims (VIDEO)

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders choked up and cited scripture on Monday as she recounted the heroic acts of the people who gave up their lives saving others during the mass shooting in Las Vegas.

As previously reported, a crazed shooter slaughtered over 50 people Sunday night at a Las Vegas country western concert in a mass shooting.
Another 500+ people were injured.

The Las Vegas shooter was identified as 64-year-old Stephen Paddock from Mesquite, Nevada.

President Trump ordered the flags to half-staff; he will be visiting Las Vegas on Wednesday.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders fought back tears as she read some of the heroes names who gave up their lives to shield others from bullets.

“One man, 29-year-old Sonny Melton had traveled from Tennessee to Las Vegas for the concert with his wife Heather. When the bullets began raining down from above, Sonny shielded her from danger selflessly giving up his life to save hers. They’d been married for just over a year,” Sanders said.

Heroic police officers were among the dead and injured after they acted as human shields to protect others from the bullets. Others helped transport the wounded to the nearby hospital.

Huckabee Sanders choked up as she read the Gospel of John “There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for a friend.”

Please pray for everybody suffering the loss of loved ones and for a speedy recovery for the injured.
