New York Democrat and Nutcase Jennifer Berky Loses Legislature Seat After Traffic Stop Meltdown (VIDEO)

Last month video was released of New York Democrat Jennifer Schwartz Berky, a state legislator, losing her mind after a cop pulled her over for speeding.

The incident took place on May 24th, but was only released in October.

The footage shows Berky attempting to convince the officer not to give her a ticket.

“Please don’t give me a ticket, I’m broke,” Berky pleaded with the officer.

Berky then faked a PTSD panic attack to try to get out of the minor speeding ticket.

On Tuesday New York voters gave Ms. Berky the boot.
New York Upstate reported:

First-term Democrat Jennifer Schwartz Berky lost to Republican Brian Woltman, 1,030-811, on Tuesday for the Ulster County Legislature seat in District 7.

Two weeks before the election, the town of Ulster released a video from May 24 due to a request filed under the Freedom of Information Law. The video showed Berky during a traffic stop sobbing, pleading, arguing, screaming and begging a police officer to let her go without a ticket. She said she was “completely broke” and had “PTSD.” The video went viral and has been viewed more than 265,000 times on YouTube.
