We all heard that homeless camps were popping up in California cities.

But we had NO IDEA the problem was this out of control.

Actor James Woods posted this video of a drive through California streets recently.
This is California under Democrat control — It resembles every other city under Democrat control.

Homelessness set a new record this year — all because of California.
