Wall Street Whistleblower: Bill Gates & Warren Buffett Should Worry About FBI Investigating Clinton Foundation

Former investment banker and Wall Street whistleblower Charles Ortel warns billionaire titans such as Bill Gates and Warren Buffett should worry about the FBI investigating the Clinton Foundation.

Charles Ortel writes in LifeZette:

The FBI agents and forensic accountants probing the Clinton Foundation must go all the way back to Oct. 23, 1997, and examine precisely how a public charity, organized to hold federal records of the Clinton presidency, somehow evolved by 2002 to “fight HIV/AIDS internationally,” plus a raft of additional tax-exempt purposes that were never properly authorized in the foundation’s Articles of Incorporation. […]

Big trouble for big donors to the Clintons. Without access to a Nov. 18, 2004, agreement signed by the Clinton Foundation, investigators will not know the foundation is required to remain a “public charity” as long as federal records of the Clinton presidency are kept in its Little Rock, Arkansas, presidential library. […]

Then further note that as of Nov. 2, 2013, the Clinton Foundation violated its presidential library agreement with the National Archives by amending its bylaws to create Class A and Class B directors.[…]

This fact has yet to be shared as required with all of the regulators in all of the states where the Clintons solicit charitable contributions, perhaps because the amendments gave Class A directors unchallenged authority to dominate the Clinton Foundation. The amendments specifically named as Class A directors Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton.

Starting in 2001, the Gates Foundation made numerous donations to the Clinton Foundation and its affiliates as can be seen through careful review of Gates Foundation public filings. […]

Why have the Gates and Buffett worked so closely with a set of charities whose public record is so deeply flawed and that now is under investigation by the FBI and IRS?

Ortel hints both Gates and Buffett could soon be looped into the FBI’s investigation of Clinton Foundation donors.

Ortel’s piece comes amid reports by The Hill’s John Solomon about the FBI launching a new investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

As The Gateway Pundit‘s Cristina Laila reports, one witness, who spoke on the condition of anonymity has already been interviewed by the FBI. The witness described the interview to The Hill as “extremely professional and unquestionably thorough” and focused on questions about whether donors to Clinton charitable efforts received any favorable treatment from the Obama administration on a policy decision.

One report after another from various media outlets have shown strange coincidences involving the Clinton Foundation.

The Clinton Foundation would receive huge donations from donor X only to have donor X magically get favorable decisions by Hillary Clinton’s State Department around the same time.

The Clinton Foundation is back in the news after reports resurfaced that Bill and Hillary Clinton allegedly used charity cash to help pay for Chelsea Clinton’s wedding,

Deeply ticked off about the accusation, Bill Clinton took to Twitter to dispel the news.

“No Clinton Foundation funds—dedicated to Haiti or otherwise—were used to pay for Chelsea’s wedding. It’s not only untrue, it’s a personal insult to me, to Hillary, and to Chelsea and Marc,” tweeted former President Bill Clinton.

Following Clinton’s denial, Wikileaks replied, “Bill Clinton claims that no Clinton Foundation “funds” were used to pay for Chelsea Clinton’s wedding. However, the leaked email from then top Bill Clinton aide Doug Band doesn’t say “funds” it says “resources””

Was the Clinton Foundation caught red handed by WikiLeaks, once again?
